THE DEVELOPER

Eric Harari has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 25 years with commercial and residential projects in Paris, Miami, the Bahamas, and Mont-Tremblant.

French native Eric Harari was educated in Paris France and holds an MBA from NYU. Shortly after moving to Miami in 1996, Eric's career took a change when he began investing in the local real estate market.

As co-owner of MLR Realty, Eric was involved in multiple projects including the rehabilitation and construction of new homes, multiple condo conversions, and the development of several new projects.

In 2004, Eric's project, The Absolut Lofts in South Beach, was awarded 'Best Loft Project in the US' by the National Association of Home Builders.

While still working in real estate Eric formed the Miami Habitat Group, one of the largest vacation rental companies in Miami. For 15 years the company was the industry leader offering the largest inventory of vacation rentals in Miami Beach. In 2015 when the real estate market in South Florida began to show signs of instability, Eric shifted his focus from Miami to his real estate projects in the Bahamas and Mont Tremblant.

Eric Harari describes his first encounter with Mont Tremblant as "love at first sight" and was compelled to purchase 543 acres of magnificent untouched land in 2009. He started executing his plans for the property and began building the infrastructure, roads and electrical system. It would take another 9 long years before obtaining all the necessary permits and licensing for the project.

During this time Eric completed a long and intense market study to analyze the local market and applying the "think outside of the box' concept to devise a perfect 'bulletproof' plan for his Bel Air project.

Eric's creativity and innovative approach to the project has paid off. Bel Air Tremblant is a resounding success with 53 new homes sold since April 2018 which is significantly higher than the average sales for the area.
