Principal
Our company Principal, Eric Harari, holds a business law degree from the University of Paris and an MBA from New York University. In 1999, Mr. Harari moved to Miami and began investing in the real estate market. He formed the Miami Habitat Group and for the past 22 years the company has been continuously active in the real estate and hospitality industry in North America.

Miami Habitat Group to Bel Air Resorts Group
Our group is vertically-integrated and operates several separate highly cohesive divisions. The company is unique in that it performs all steps involved in the development and operation of its projects. This includes site selection, concept development, creation of the master plan, design and architecture, construction oversight, logistics and procurement, hotel management, real estate sales and marketing.
Real Estate and Hospitality Endeavors
Miami, Florida
Eric has been involved in multiple real estate projects including the rehabilitation and construction of new homes, multiple condo conversions, and the development of several new projects.
In 2003, Eric was co-developer in a project called Absolut Lofts in South Beach which was awarded ‘Best Loft Living in the US’, by the National Association of Home Builders.
From 2001 to 2015, Miami Habitat Group was the leader in the vacation rental industry offering the largest inventory of luxury homes and condo rentals in Miami Beach.
Mont Tremblant, Quebec Canada
In 2009, Eric Harari acquired 543 acres in Mont Tremblant, Quebec. In 2017 Ber Air Tremblant, a mixed-used project with a real estate and a hotel component, was officially launched.
By May 2022, 90% of the project’s 133 residential lots had been sold making Bel Air Tremblant the best selling home project of its kind in Quebec, Canada. The resort component of Bel Air became also one of the most successful and innovative resorts In Quebec.
The Bahamas
In 2013, Miami Habitat Group started to invest in Harbour Island, Bahamas and have since built three luxurious and palatial villas under the name La Palmeraie Bahamas. La Palmeraie Villas are luxury oceanfront resort villas and available for rent.
In 2021, Miami Habitat Group acquired 57 acres in Eleuthera, Bahamas and is developing the property under the name Bel Air Bahamas. We anticipate to break ground in the last quarter of 2022.
